Tickhill Closes Down

After a long history of operating at the Methodist Chapel Schoolroom in Tichill for its regular slot of 10am to 11.45am on Fridays, Tickhill Country Market finally closed its doors after the market held on 28 April.

The decision had been a difficult one to take but it was proving no longer to be viable with a diminishing band of producers.  It attracted a regular and loyal band of customers who also enjoyed the social side provided by its cafe.  It will be sorely missed by both producers and customers alike.
