The Gluten Free Millers on the Road in Yorkshire

South Yorkshire has an increasing number of bakers who specialise in producing a range of delicious goods which use no gluten containing ingredients. After their success in attending the Sheffield Group Meeting of Coeliac UK in October last year, John and Eunice Miller have been attending other Coeliac UK group meetings in Yorkshire to alert people that Country Markets can widen the choice for people with gluten free diets.

They have also visited groups serving the Huddersfield and Wakefield areas since attending the Coeliac UK, Leeds Group to sell produce at the Annual Food Fayre on Saturday, 28th January.

The invitations to Eunice and John came through a visitor to the Penistone Country Market who had purchased some of the Market products using no Gluten containing ingredients. It turned out that she is a member of the Wakefield Group of Coeliac UK.

At each event they have displayed a range of products using no Gluten containing ingredients. These were available for people to try and buy, as well as enabling the distribution of publicity to advise where they can buy future supplies from Country Markets.

John and Eunice Miller sell their produce most weeks at both the Penistone and Sheffield Country Markets. In Sheffield they also join two other long standing gluten free bakers, Lynne Middleton and Carol Gill.
